The stylish dishes at this modern establishment have a Mediterranean bent. Dishes include lamb shank with port gravy and roast quail with parsnip chips and white grapes ­ traditional ingredients served in innovative combinations. The small restaurant seats only 50 at a time, allowing intimate conversation and attentive service. Primarily white in color, the pristine dining room decor is accented by jolts of vivid blue, such as the cobalt wine glasses atop each table. Have that glass filled with one of 30 available wines.
